If the input pin of an op amp exceeds -0.3V,
are there any regulations regarding the current to the input pin?

The following was written in the data sheet for a different model, the TLV3201:
”（２）Input pins are diode-clamped to the power-supply rails.
Input signals that can swing more than 0.5V beyond the supply rails must be current limited to 10 mA or less.”
