I know the method of testing Comparator Vos from the question above, and the second method is a very creative idea.
But I still have a doubt, that is,how should we test the compared open-loop gain Vol? You know, in general, it's hard to provide the ideal lab conditions to provide an accurate enough input voltage for the open-loop testing of the comparator Aol to observe the moment of change in the output flip, especially when the interference is severe and the Vos is small.
Also, when using the second integrator method mentioned above, changing the output of the DUT will also affect the state of the output duty cycle, so can you introduce any test methods for testing the open-loop gain of the comparator?
