Hi team,
Could you please let me know this below yellow highlighted 0.25 is from where to where?
I can see that it's between gausge plane and seating plane from another page. If this understanding is right, please let me know what exactly that is.
Best regards,
Kento
Hello Kento,
It is between these 2 highlighted lines.
I'm not sure if this is what you were asking. Please let me know if further information is required.
Best,
Jerry
Hi Jerry,
Thank you for answering. I guess the underline is the lowest position to mount to surface. Could you please literaly explain where the upper line is?
Best regards,
Kento
Hello Kento,
The JEDEC definition of the gauge plane is below:
lead-location gauge plane:
A plane perpendicular to the terminal leads that may be coincident with the seating plane or located at a defined distance from it. The locations of the terminals are measured at the gauge

I do not know further information, but if further information is required I can reach out to the packaging team. Additionally, the package outline drawing for DGK seems to have a different set of dimensions from the above drawing.
Best,
Jerry
