We have AC source for input having 1.2 V voltage we need minimum 3.2 V in the output to glow LED

TPS61322 is a fixed output device, could you try TPS613221, the output of which is 3.3V.

You could typically refer to figure 8-1 for reference and if the output current is larger than50mA, please refer to figure 8-9 for reference.
