LM111: Engineering Model equivalent for LM111WGRLQMLV

Part Number: LM111
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI, MKT-WG10A-MS

Tool/software:

Hello,

What is the part number for the engineering model equivalent of the comparator LM111WGRLQMLV/5962R0052402VZA? If there is no direct equivalent, what's the most similar part with the same component footprint?

Thanks,

Kevin

  • Hi Kevin,

What critical features do you need? if it's space grade that does limit it to the below models.

For Space-Grade, CDIP comparators we don't have any models with adjustable Vos or strobe feature.

This link will show you the comparators below along with specs that show differences and similarities with LM111.

    We have:

A TINA-TI model for LM193A/LM193QML-SP 8 pin count, different pinout with 2 channels.

A PSPICE model for LM139-SP 14 pin count, different pinout with 4 channels.

Let me know how these options work.

    Best,

    Michael

  • Hi Kevin,

A list of official mechanical samples are available on page 39 of the Space Products Guide.

     https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slyt532

The mechanical sample would be MKT-WG10A-MS (10 pin NAC formed-lead package).

Does it need to be electrically the same? Same flow? Exact same finish/leadframe? Or just the same package?

Pretty much any LM111 in the "WG" package will match.

We do not have a commercial version in "WG" (NAC flatpack package with formed leads).

The closest would be the LM111WG/883 MIL-883 grade. The package BOM is the same (all built by the same subcon).
