Hey Precision Amps Team,
I have a customer evaluating the OPA140 for a design and we are hoping you can help to provide feedback on expected input bias current performance over temp. There is a plot of I_B over common-mode voltage and there is an overall I_B spec of +/-3nA MAX across the entire temp range (i.e. -40C to 125C) but it is hard to tell what the expected I_B would be as the device heats up closer to 60C. Has your team characterized this parameter over temp? Are you able to share that data either on this thread or with me directly?
