The simplest way to check for stability is to run a transient simulation by stimulating the output with a small-signal square current source and determine a precent overshoot - 25% or less overshoot assures a stable operation ( >45 degrees phase margin) - see below.
Just so you know, we have INA333 instrumentation amplifier based on OPA333 - see below.

Also can you please advise on selecting the frequency of stimulation.

I believe you may have a bad connection of U3 to power supply - please use the attached schematic.
