LM6171:Improved signal distortion

Part Number: LM6171

Tool/software:

The ±100V square wave signal from the Ultrasound Pulser is distorted as it passes through the cable.

The longer the cable, the more severe the distortion becomes.

I think the current of the Drive IC is insufficient, so I want to add a Buffer IC.

I would like to ask if I can use LM6171.

Just to confirm is the signal at the output of this buffer IC expected to be the 200Vopp square wave signal?

Hi,

Unfortunately, we do not have a single chip solution for this high of an output. We do have high power amplifiers; however, they are relatively slower devices. Is there a bandwidth requirement with your system?
