I agree with Clemens!
I'll also add that you will want to make sure you take into consideration the voltage rating of the capacitor. While you have many options when running at a 3.3V supply, you should also take a look at the derating graph that some of the capacitor manufactures include. A 100nF ceramic capacitor rated for a 5V supply might not have 100nF capacitance at 3.3V but maybe even lower.
