I have been experiencing a problem with the output of a OPA344NA OpAmp, with a particular setup when operated at -40DegC. The device is being used as a simple non-inverting amplifier with a gain of 10.53, when operating at -40DegC and the +ve terminal of the device is pulsed with a 200mV signal for approx 100us the output appears to either provide the correct o/p voltage or no output voltage. This fault is only seen when the device is cold and the input voltage is approx. 200mV, if the input pulse voltage is reduced then the problem is not seen.
The device is operated from a 3.3V Supply
