Hi Jim,
We have a question on the LM101A where our application was designed to operate with a positive V+ (+5) and a negative V- (-5V). Unfortunately, we encountered a situation (single occurrence) where V+ is not powered (0V) while V- is powered with -5V due to unforeseen sequencing? The op amp inputs were not active/powered. The op amp regulator circuit has been working fine with no issues.
We were checking the LM101AQML datasheet whether this bias condition could adversely affect long term Reliability but no finding. It would be greatly appreciated if you and your team could shed some light & provide some feedback.
