Hi,

We've exchanged recently about TRF1108 and you sent me the S-parameters.

As I told you, the amplifier is planned to be used at the output of a RF-DAC (XCZU49DR) and we generate pulsed signals (min pulse-width = 200ps, max pulse-width=1µs).

My question concerns the use in a pulsed mode : does TRF1108 seems compatible for it ?

    Hi Hervé,

    Yes, you should be able to use the amplifier with pulse signals. Since we are discussing some of your other questions via direct email, I will continue the discussion there.

    OK thanks for your answer !

    However, do you have any measurements curves that would show TRF1108 performances in pulsed-signals ? That would lead to more confidence on my side...

    Also, do you have a graph showing the available output power versus the RF input power (for example at 1GHz / 3GHz and 6GHz) ?
