1. ESD ratings HBM (2kV) and CSD (1kV) are provided in the datasheet section 6.2.

2. From the datasheet (section 12) and first link you can find the MSL peak reflow rating: Level-2-260C-1 YEAR. Refer to this document on how to use this rating and number:

3. The device is compatible with water-soluble flux and aqueous cleaning.

4. Weight according to links is approximately 40mg.

5. Would you please elaborate on the “cage code”? Is this a lot number? I know authorized distributors can be Mouser, Digikey, and Arrowroot among others, but I do not know how we could easily track lot information. I’m sure distributor would have this information and any orders would be labeled as such. Most inventory available may also be at the TI store. This is also viewable through the links I have provided.

6. Physical manufacturing location as noted in the second link is USA.
