Dears,

DC bias output drops to negative value. The SCH is below.

CH4 is DC bias output. test point is output pin5.

    Hello,

    Pin 5 is an output current. The output load is C105, a capacitor. Current 'into' a capacitor creates a voltage ramp. 

    Most LM13700 circuits use a resistance as output load on pin 5. That would convert pin 5 output current into a voltage in direct proportion.
