TLV314: Output having sinewave

Please show an oscilloscope trace of all three of the opamp's I/O pins.

Please provide a scope capture of IN+, IN-, and OUT. This will help us understand what signals are present at the input of the amplifier. 

Even though your system is not expected to have an output in the condition you are testing, it is still possible for the OPA to see some differential input voltage to become amplified.

R1111 and R1117 have different values. Is this deliberate?

Without a motor, the voltage drop over R1124 should be zero. Are you sure that no current flows? Is there any noise on VDD3V3?

Yes R1111 and R1117 is kept at different values purposefully. R1117 is for providing 11gain.

VDD3V3 i checked in ac coupling and didn't find any noise.

One interesting thing is that when i measure across 1Mohm i can only measure 19.3Kohm in circuit. but on taking it out of board it measures 1M.
