- Encounter 4 units that failed Electrical Test Init (U3D-) during functional test. Measurement of the U3D- voltage is out of spec

- Based on schematics, the U3D- voltage is related to BGA (IC1)
- No abnormality observed on the BGA (IC1) solder during 2DX scan
- Visual inspect observed no damage component
- After replace with new BGA (IC1), the units able to pass the Electrical Test consistently.
Attached schematics snippet that shows the input supply voltage (U3D+ and U3D-) to the B1 and B3 pins of component IC1.
FYI, the VOUT measurement from IC53 and IC11 were within spec.

As mentioned to Naphat in mail conversation, the -V input supply voltage (U3D-) is out of spec and highly suspected is due to the +0.8Vdc leakage from component IC1.
