What is the difference between LMC6462AIM and LMC6462AIMX ?  Thank you.

    Digi-Key says the AIM is obsolete, and is replaced by the AIMX.  But the spec sheet says AIN, and links to an old spec sheet from 2013.

    Hello Mirro,

    The difference is in the carrier packaging for the device. 

    The LMC6462AIMX orderable is available on the 2,500 large tape & reel, while the LMC6462AIM orderable on Last Time Buy Status is packaged on the 95 tube.

    The LMC6462AIMX and LMC6462AIM is the same device in the SOIC (D) 8-pin package.
