Hi,

I have a customer who is having trouble with this EVM and was wondering if we have any start-up videos or additional collateral to share?

They believe they have also run into an issue with what they believe it the audio bus setting. When routing audio from the computer USB and AC-MB ANALOG IN port. The audio is coming through, but rather harshly.

If you have any additional insight here please let us know, thanks!

Hi Abigail,

I recommend the customer to refer to the EVM's user guide (TAx5x12EVM-K Evaluation Module User's Guide (Rev. A)) and load a preset within the TAx5xxx PurePath Console 3 GUI.

To ensure the device is setup correctly, using an oscilloscope to verify the ASI clocks and a multimeter to verify the power supplies are stable will help troubleshoot any audio bus errors.
