Currently SoluM customer has been processing to testing LM2903BIDGKR replace to LM2903AVQPWR at server power module.
When using LM2903BIDGKR as a replacement for LM2903AVQPWR, They have a problem and would like to ask you a question to confirm the cause. (LM2903AVQPWR ESD SPEC cannot be used)
** Problem phenomenon: LM2903BIDGKR operates slower than LM2903AVQPWR
-. LM2903AVQPWR operating waveform
Approximately 50us until OUT(SCP_Prot#) falls to 0V
750us until IN+(Reference) recovery after STB SCP occurs

-. LM2903BIDGKR operation waveform: Slow operation, adjustment required.
Approximately 260us until OUT(SCP_Prot#) falls to 0V
Approximately 1200us until IN+(Reference) Recovery

Q1. Difference between LM2903BIDGKR and LM2903AVQPWR
Q2. They tried reducing the resistance of the OUT side PULL UP resistor, the input side series resistor, and the voltage divider resistor based on the advice you gave me previously regarding current, but it did not have a significant effect on the operating time.
They have attached the circuit diagram, so please check if there is anything that could be the cause.
