Will the OPA596 function is this operating range?
Yes, the input range is well within the OPA596's operating range, see the beta version of OPA596 simulation. The Spice model should be released soon in a week or so. Meanwhile, you can work with the Spice model. Our Tina Spice model should work in PSpice simulator as well (they are compatible).
If you have issue, you may try OPA593's PSpice model, they are similar in voltage operating range, except it can source/sink in higher current.

Hi Joe,
If you copy the Tina's macro Spice model and import it into the Cadence simulator, it should work.
You may import OPA593's PSPICE model for now, until the OPA596's model is released (should be in a week or so).
It seems that the OPA596 is out of stock at TI E-store. You may replace it with OPA593/OPA593EVM to check it out for your application. I know that the IC's package is different. If you want to check out the application, this is one of the option (you have to limit the output current up to ±10mA range in OPA596).
