As far as I can see, the SC70 pinout in the Chinese datasheet is wrong.

It's just a copy of the SOT-23 pinout; this pinout is usually not used for the SC70 package. (But the TLV9001T variant (TLV9001TIDCKR) would offer this pinout.)
