OPA227 spice simulation

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA227, TINA-TI

I am learning to use use 3SPICE, a Berkely based spice modeling package from McCad (Vamp). As an example of a complex circuit simulation I used y'alls example of the 3 band tone control using the OPA227 straight from the data sheet. I also used your OPA227.mod file in the model. I performed a freq sweep 20 - 20K @ 1.5V and graphed the output. I was expecting a unity gain output but got back something in the range 60dB down from the input. My question is, is there something about the OPA227 model that would cause these unexpected results? As I am very new to Spice simulation I could be missing something important.
