OPA177: Where to fill samples program request form.

Hello there,

can somebody help me to find where can I fill the samples program request form?

Unfortunately link in the page https://www.ti.com/ordering-resources/faqs/inventory-product-availability/sample-request.html 

does not work.  I tried it for several times.

Or how to apply for sample program by different way?

    You have to request on your own, since the form requests many user's private information (including your shipping address). 

    Here is the initial procedures:

    1. Login and goto TI E-store

    2. Select the package type that you want to request samples

    3. Goto the product page as shown below, Click on the box on the left corner of the page, and follow the request form, which is similar to previous sample request link.

    Hi Raymond,

    Thank you for your effort.

    I opened the same page about the product, unfortunately the link you are talking about is missing in the page for me.

    I assume because I don't have the sample program enabled yet. 

    And when I go in main product page to ordering & quality table and click on Request sample, I fall into the same  situation.

    Sorry :-(

    Hi David, 

    The free sample request form is only shown on the specific page, which is linked to the IC's part number main page and the sample request selection.   

    Did you follow the Step 2 exactly?

    Goto the following link, then click on the op amp part number you want to obtain the free sample in. 

    https://www.ti.com/product/OPA177#order-quality

    If you do not follow the step 2, you won't be able to see the sample request option.

    Hi Raymond,

    thank you very much. Yes, I did follow it. As you can see in the picture, I am exactly on the same page as you are, the link is the same. I am also logged in. But simply you can see moore on the page than me. Here are screenshots:

     

    The link you have in your picture is missing here:

    And when I click on request samples button in order and quantitiy page, it also opens only detail of the package, but again no link there.

    As I said, I think this is because I do not have "permission" to order samples yet. But I do not know, how to get this permission for my account..

    Any other tips? Thanks in advance.

    The sample request form and process have changed. I do not know the details. 

    Please let me know your city and country (Czech?), the location you are in, and I will see if I can find FAE to contact you and provide you with the free samples. 

    We do not do samples via support. I have to go through the same request process  if I need get something from the E-store.

    Hi Raymond,

    I think this issue needs rather "IT support" to solve it. As it is written in the page I started with, I should fill up the "sample program request form".

    The problem is, that link to this form does not work. Thank you for your help and the offer, but I will open the case in support portal..
