What is the input current of the RESET pin?
I could not find any information on this in the datasheet (SBOSA86).

The /RESET pin has an internal 2 MΩ pull-down resistor, so the maximum current would be about 10 µA.

Hey Yohei-san,

Clemens is correct, there is a 2MΩ internal pull-down. For reference, in the datasheet this can be found in the notes underneath the Electrical Characteristics table:

Does no current flow through anything other than the pull-down resistor?

There will be some leakage current, but the pull-down works only if its current is larger. So for a low input, the leakage current is much smaller than 10 µA.
