Hello, I want to report a problem with the TI-84 calculator that I bought, but it seems to be nonfunctional since when I plug in the charger, it just keeps popping out a screen showing "Validating OS, Calculator will restart when validation is complete", so I was wondering if it's a battery issue or just the product not working.
