Part Number: LM193QML

Tool/software:

Hi Experts,

My customer procured P/N: LM193J/883 from Texas Instruments, as per the datasheet the body marking should be LM193J/883 Q ACO but on the part, it is LM193J/883 Q THA.

  • The datasheet allows ">T". Does this mean these two literal symbols, or a "T" followed by unspecified letters?

  • Hello Joselito,

The "ACO" or "THA" are the assembly/test site codes. The ">T" is code for test site. This is listed on the packing label in the "(22L)" field.

ACO is Malacca - the primary site.

THA is possibly a subcon - we would need the date code to find the site (we usually do not disclose subcons).

    Both are valid markings.
