Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMC1302, TINA-TI
Tool/software:
We are evaluating new ICs for higher voltage application. I'm looking for spice model the the AMC1302. I have tried directly converting the tina model to spice (just changing file extension) but I get error in LTspice. After trying to modify the spice code to find issue, it was unsuccessful. LTspice indicated there's a singular matrix that is related to some connections internal to the model.
Do you have a working model you can share?
