    USB2ANY firmware does not group PWM functions (MSP430F5529 microcontroller used for USB2ANY sets TDCLGRPx = 00), so there is no way to generate PWM like the waveform in your scope capture. All individual PWM channels begin at effectively random times due to USB latency between API calls and lack of grouping.
