INA193A-EP: Electrical specifications at 5 V:

Part Number: INA193A-EP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA193

Tool/software:

Hi,

I'm using 5V supply for INA193.

In the datasheet, all the electrical parameters are mentioned under the condition that supply voltage is 12 V.

Do these parameters remain the same, if the supply voltage is 5 V?

Thanks,

AG

  • Hi AG,

    Thank you for your post.

There are some specs listed at 5V but most are taken with a 12V supply.

One of the most important is input bias current at 5V and this is located in the plots below. Also the sourcing current will change with supply voltage for the output stage.

Here is the sourcing current vs temperature and supply votlage as well:

Most of the other specifications will be accurate but here are some of the differences.

Please let me know if there is a specific spec that you are concerned with.

    I hope this helps,

    Joe
