Hi Sumeet,

There was a lot of problems with what you had shown in your circuit.  I believe what you were trying to achieve was a differential current measurement in a transimpedance configuration that used a difference amplifier on the output to convert the differential signal to single-ended.

I re-arranged your circuit to give a current front end (instead of VCVS, use a VCCS), reduced the TIA gain so the amplifiers stayed in the linear range, and connected the difference amplifier correctly in a gain of 2.  I've included the new sim. here.
