How many times can I reflow? Can I do it up to 3 times referring to the thread below?

Hello Fukunaga-san,

A general rule of thumb I have is to not do more than 3 reflows. Any more risks damaging the wire-bonds and the package itself.

Is there a reason you're wanting to know how many times for reflow? Usually when assembling the final circuit, you only need to reflow once.

I had a question from my customer, but this is the first time I heard about it, so we discussed it.

Based on the application note below and the answer from Robert, I understand that the reflow is generally limited to 3 times.
