Potatoe...Potado...as Clemens said...they are the same.
They both mean the same thing. The delay from half of the input transient signal to half of the output signal. The "B" has a slightly faster response time due to the new design and new process.
To head off the next question your customer will ask...we do not test prop delay in production and do not provide distribution data as it is not a specified parameter. If prop delay is critical, they should use a faster device so that variation across lots is not as critical.
