We have Incorporated One of the TI Make Product with Part Number : THS4061MFKB into our Design and Production Project ,Kindly Let us the Know the Part Support which you could assure us for the same as we expect the approximated support would be  for atleast 10-15 Years which makes easy for us to convince our customer for Incorporating the same part , FYKI Approximated EAU of the Component would be 1000-1500 No's.

Kindly Clarify us on the above mentioned Query at the earliest.

    Hi Rakesh,

    Although the device is still listed as active on the product page, since the device is from our older portfolio, we often recommend customers to implement a newer device into their designs to ensure we will be supporting a given device long term. We have devices such as the OPA891, that could be an upgrade to this device. Does the customer require a specific rating for the device?

    Hi Ignacio,

    As per our Design and Customer Requirement we have Incorporated the Part for which the Circuit Design has already been freezed  thus leading to be unmodified at the present stage ,Yes we do put up your suggestion of OPA891 to our Customer, But Kindly let us know the Estimated Part Support which could be assured for THS4061M.

    Hi Rakesh,

    We highly recommend moving to a newer device that is in a modern fab and AT site as it will offer the best supply going forward. But you can see our obsolescence policy here. There numerous considerations taken when considering the life span of a device, however the device is still currently active.

    Hi Ignacio,

    We are in a Stage where the Device selected is already freezed into our Circuit Design subsequently the Design is also Approved from Our Customer & being  aware of the Fact that Device is still Active made us to Incorporate into our Design, In Reference to your Obsolescence Policy Kindly Let us know the Part Support that could be provided from TI which further progresses our Work and Context.

    Hi Rakesh,

    I cannot give a number of years any given part will be supported but I would refer to the obsolescence policy regarding device support and the three guidelines we use for deciding on the life of a part. As this device is currently active, the device meets one of the three guidelines.
