INA128's enquiry

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA128

 For the part INA128,
1) In the datasheet, it states the slew rate can up to 4V/us at Gain=10. I would like to know the minimum and maximum value of the slew rate when the gain =1.
2) Can you provided the Phase Response Plot?
3) Also the GBP in the datasheet is typically 1.3MHz. May I know the minimum GBP of INA128?

Thanks.

  • CherWei;

    You can see the scope photo of its typical slew rate in a gain of 1V/V on page 8 of the INA128 data sheet. Both slew rate and GBP are specified as only a typical value; in practice it will vary about 20% due to processing variation. This is not guaranteed, however.

    An instrumentation amplifier is designed to have its gain determined only by an external resistor, so phase response is not usually of concern to a user. Some phase information can be inferred by looking at the frequency response curves and the small-signal transient response scope photos.
