Hello TI Team,
We are using the LM321 to measure the Input and Output Voltage. But unfortunately design is not working as required. The output voltage is saturated after 42V input. It's only given 1.8V output above the 42V.
Please look it and provide your suggestion.

The VIN has to be configured w.r.t. GNDA. What is PV- GND? PV1 GND has to be tied to GNDA. As it is shown, the circuit has two different references.

Hi Keyur,
First of all, please make sure that LMV321 has not damaged for some reasons.
Then check with Clemens suggestion at the op amp's input terminals. Pin3's voltage should follow pin1. If it does not, replace the op amp (may be damaged).
(The LMV321 is powered with 3.3Vdc and output can not be 42Vdc, even the op amp is saturated).
