High Speed Op-Amp Selection

Hi,

Please find the op-amp requirements below:

The desired features (in order of importance) are as follows:

- First stage gain of 400-500K (more the better)

- Low input bias current (pA, hopefully fA level)

- Low noise

- Single Supply (hopefully something that works with 3.5V or so)

- Rail to Rail (not a huge requirement)

I have looked at OPA846 and OPA657.

Would like to check if there are other recommendations.

Hi Neil,

I have done the search and could not quite come up with one suitable part that fill up all the requirements.

The closest I get is OPA846 and OPA657. Would like to know if there are better options available.

I did not see any bandwidth requirement in your list. Is the gain requirement 500k V/V? Is this reasonable?
