OPA4191: Looking for thermal specifications for WQFN package

Part Number: OPA4191

Tool/software:

OPA4191IRUM, WQFN package: there are no RthetaJC  (or similar) specifications in the datasheet and I have not located any package data for this part on the forums.  Is it possible to get this data? Pdiss(max) is also missing and would be helpful to have.

    Joseph,

    I also missed the thermal info in my first review of the data sheet.  It is in the data sheet in table 6.6.  I think QFN vs WQFN was the reason I didn't find it.  Sorry for the confusion:

    Is there any way to compare the die sizes of the two families?  Having the same (or almost) die size would further support that the thermal data could be used as an interim estimate until the OPA4191 data is available.
