The tss (Internal soft start time) of TPSM84624 is typically 1.25ms, but please also tell me the MIN and MAX values.

    I want to complete the soft start within 1.6ms using the TPSM84624, so I leave the SS pin open.
    However, since I don't know the MAX value, I don't know if it will start up within 1.6ms.
    Therefore, I asked about the MIN and MAX values ​​when the SS pin is open.

    Hi Takaoki-san,

    I checked the internal system but we do not have this soft-start time characterized across many samples so we do not have min/max data but only nominal value of 1.25ms. I did some worst case calculation based on the soft-start current, reference voltage and cap variation and it comes to around 1.52ms. If you are operating around room temp, due to internal heating the soft-start current will actually be higher than my worst case assumption and you should see soft-start times below 1.52ms. Please note this is just based on calculations so cannot guarantee a max. Hope this helps.
