Hi Piyush,

The LM358 is a dual op-amp with 1.2-MHz BW. Sorry, I don't quite understand the question. LM358 amplifier itself will typically have a response much faster than 5s; but will need more information to put this question into the right context: 

 What sensor or signal source circuit is being measured? what is the output load or circuit connected to the amplifier output? What are the supply requirements? What input voltage signal amplitude or DC voltage is being measured, input common-mode and frequency? 

If you can kindly provide a preliminary schematic or block diagram of your application circuit, this will be helpful.
