From PCN , the Pin one Device symbolization proposed to Pin One Stripe or Pin one Dot , and the notification date is Feb 4 , 2024

We have received the parts for TLV316IDBVR and date code is 2326+ , it show the Pin one Dot on marking.
as the PCN show Pin one should be Stripe only before Feb 5 , 2024 , so is this normal ?
