I am currently developing first 2 wire device and I want to incorporate HART protocol for better market adaptability. I am not sure which IC to use and how to design it's schematic.
I referred few datasheet and it seems like it is compatible with this application. Any reference schematic will be helpful.

Hi Jeet,
Glad to hear your diving in to your first 2-wire system. Understanding which IC to use really depends on your system specs. I might be able to help you out if you could share some information like needed compliance voltage, accuracy, current consumption, temperature range, etc.
If you are looking just for a reference schematic we don't have anything that is an exact match but we do have some reference designs that incorporate XTRs and DACs. I think the one that would be best for your application to reference would be the TIPD190. The parts are different but should give you a better idea on how to interface between the DAC and the XTR. I've also seen some datasheets like the DAC8551 provide some simplified schematics like so:
