Hello Edward,
The TLV9301 lead finish is nickel/palladium/gold (NiPdAu).
This material works well with both a SnPgAg solder and SnAgCu (Pb-Free) solder.
The application note below discusses the evaluation of Nickel/Palladium/Gold-finished surface-mount ICs.
