We have a customer who has reported issues with 300 pieces of AMC1200SDUBR they ordered from Mouser:

With regards to the issues encountered with these parts, we find no issues at ambulant temp (20c), but only start to get issues at below -20C
I can confirm the minimum operating temperature is never below -40 Degrees Celsius, below is a summary of testing on a failing unit

The device monitors a voltage and feeds it into an ADC. We get random failures and traces it to this part of the circuit"
The affected parts have date code 2232 and lot code 3655788MY2.
Could you please check if there are any known issues with this part?
