    thanks for your post.  Quality returns are all handled offline.  You must be working with a field person who calls on your account.  they would be the appropriate person to follow up with.  Did you ever post anything about the issue on the forum?  In general, this is where we like to start our customer support in order to review the issue from an application perspective.
