I need to use the IBIS model of OPA855 chip for simulation. If possible, please send me the IBIS model via email or let me know how to obtain the model

    Hello,

      IBIS models are created to simulate PCB behavior and modeling for devices with digital capabilities. Since the OPA855 is purely an analog device, we do not have an IBIS model for this device.

       PSpice netlists are available in the design & development tab of each device's product folder to simulate device behavior with PSpice for TI or Tina-TI. You can find the PSpice and Tina-TI netlist and reference model at this link.
