I hope this message finds you well. My name is Chandrakant Pardeshi, and I am writing on behalf of M-Tech Innovations, Pune. One of my colleagues, Smarudhi Sakhare, recently purchased the TPS61322 component from Mouser, and we have been using it with good results.

We are now looking for the same component with identical specifications but in smaller packages, such as 01005 or 0201. Could you please let us know if such a version is available in your stock or if it is possible to manufacture this component in the required package sizes?

We would greatly appreciate your prompt response and any guidance on this matter.

Hi Pardeshi,

The competitive size could be TPS61299, WCSP package. I have to say it's hard to manufacture the TPS61322 in the required package sizes because the internal power block has been settled and it's no easy job to change.

Hopes this could be helpful.

actually, We are looking for a DC-to-DC boost converter capable of stepping up an input voltage of 1V to approximately 3.5V. Do you have any other solutions for achieving this, excluding the use of the TPS61322? but in very small size package like 0201,01005.

The smallest one is TPS61299 up to now.
