Could you be specific what you are trying to do?

If the above device is what you are talking about, there is 4kV at the voltage transducer and output current is 50mA. Are you trying to construct V to I converter? or convert the 50mV to voltage from the device?
Please provide the detailed design requirements for the application.

we are using the above mentioned transducer for current sensing the output of the transducer is 50mA.
How we will convert these 50mA signal into Voltage and Given to the MCU.

How we will convert these 50mA signal into Voltage and Given to the MCU.
The transducer is a V2I converter. To convert the 50mA into voltage, all you need is to place a precision resistor in series with the current source, where 50mA*R will be the voltage sensed by MCU's ADC. This is is cheapest way to convert the current to voltage.
Else, you can use current current and convert to Voltage with TIA circuit. Since the input current is high, you do not need much gain to amplifier the signal.
