Tool/software:
Hi Team,
I'm working with an Engineer that needs the Theta JC value for the LM2903 for their thermal analysis.
The datasheet only contains the Theta JA values. Any help here is appreciated.
Thanks,
JP

Hello JP,
Engineer that needs the Theta JC value for the LM2903 for their thermal analysis.
No I don't think they need that. JC is only useful for the 1 in a million people that want to glue a heat sink on top of a LM2903.
Why, because very little of the heat actually flows out through the top of the package.
Perhaps they need this instead: ψJT Junction-to-top characterization parameter
