Hello, I am looking to gather any details for the LM7321 op amp's die chemistry. Can you confirm this contains silicon? We are evaluating whether this is suitable for space or not recommended. On that note, any drop in rad-hard or rad-tolerant alternates are very welcome! Thank you in advance.

Yes, the LM7321 is designed from Si wafer.

You are referring to Space grade op amps, which is the special grade op amp and certified for radiation hardening requirements. Please see the Space Catalog and linked site. Yes, we have others as well, but the numbers of the certified space grade op amps are limited.
