Does the part TPS629206DRLR have a test report or specification for HAST_110°C, 85%RH, 264hrs?
So far, I’ve only found the report for 130°C, 85%RH, 96hrs.
If TPS629206DRLR does not have test results for 110°C, 85%RH, 264hrs,
are there any similar components that have passed this test?
Alternatively, is the HAST_110°C, 85%RH, 264hrs specification not tested for any TI components at all?
